What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Present customers with clear repair options using flat-rate pricing.
- Perform thorough plumbing inspections to identify additional safety or maintenance concerns.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from arrival to job completion.
- Generate consistent revenue through honest recommendations and quality workmanship.
- Maintain accurate job documentation, including photos, notes, and completed invoices.
- Keep your truck, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for success.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management throughout the day.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls when scheduled.
- Represent the 1-Tom-Plumber brand with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of residential service plumbing experience (commercial service experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to consistently produce $40,000-$70,000+ in monthly service revenue.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with drain cleaning, leak detection, water heaters, sewer repairs, gas lines, fixture replacements, and general plumbing repairs.
- Comfortable presenting repair options and closing your own work.
- Experience using flat-rate pricing.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
