Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. is a locally recognized leader in the Commercial HVAC and Plumbing industries. We are looking for skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to lead the effective, efficient, and timely delivery of our line of services.
Legacy Mechanical is currently expanding its team in Kennesaw, GA, and we are looking for dedicated HVAC professionals to join our growing operations. We pride ourselves on offering a wide range of training classes and continuing education opportunities to ensure our team remains at the forefront of the industry.
We are currently seeking candidates for the following roles:
Green Technicians: Ideal for recent trade school graduates or those with 1–3 years of commercial HVAC experience.
Experienced Technicians: Requires 6+ years of commercial experience. Candidates should have a strong background in PMs, installs, and service for terminal units, RTUs of varying sizes, mini-splits, and standard split systems.
Construction Start-up Technicians: Responsibilities include large-scale job site tasks such as pulling HVAC wire, mounting thermostats, high/low voltage wiring, and system commissioning. We are willing to provide on-the-job training for these roles.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: Competitive hourly rates strictly based on skill level and performance. ($20-$50/hr)
Schedule: Paid weekly; 90-day probationary period.
Overtime: Technicians are expected to volunteer for overtime as business needs arise.
Retirement: 401k eligibility per company plan after 12 months of employment.
Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with other fringe benefits available to full-time employees.
Paid Time Off: 10 days of PTO (vacation/sick time) during the first year, plus paid holidays per company policy.
Requirements:
Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for operating company vehicles).
