BA Global Talent is looking for a qualified professional to join a dynamic team as an On-Site Senior Civil Engineer – Land Development & Stormwater Expert to work in Hampton, New Jersey. This role requires a strong background in stormwater management design and site plan design, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be open to feedback and have a proven ability to provide professional testimony before planning boards, zoning boards, and other land use agencies.
Responsibilities:
Lead land development projects, focusing on stormwater management and site plan design.
Provide expert testimony before planning boards, zoning boards, and other land use agencies.
Ensure compliance with local land use regulations.
Collaborate effectively within a team and engage in constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
Ideally 10 years of experience in land development, particularly in stormwater management and site plan design.
Strong public speaking and communication skills, with the ability to deliver professional testimony.
Experience working with local planning and zoning boards.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and accept constructive criticism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Benefits:
Retirement Plan: 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match. The professional must contribute at least 5% to qualify for the match.
Holidays: Six to seven holidays per year.
Vacation Policy: No vacation time during the first year. After the first year:
On-site: Hampton, New Jersey
Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM (5 days a week)
Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 per year based on experience and qualifications
