Run reconstruction projects from estimate to final walkthrough for SERVPRO in Abilene.

What you own in your first 90 days

Take over every open rebuild: scope, schedule, budget, and the customer relationship.
Write and defend estimates, and turn approved scopes into signed work orders.
Hire, schedule, and hold subcontractors to the timeline and the standard of work.
Keep every job file current: photos, change orders, approvals, and notes, the same day.
Walk customers and adjusters through the job, settle punch lists, and close out clean.
Own the numbers: margin, cycle time, and collections on your projects.

What we require

At least three years of construction experience.
Steady work history: no more than two jobs in the last five years.
Experience running projects and the people on them: crews, subcontractors, schedules.
Clear, professional communication with customers, adjusters, and trades.
Comfort with budgets, estimates, and job costing.

Nice to have, not required

Insurance restoration or reconstruction experience
Xactimate
Sales or estimating experience with customers
