Ferguson is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at the Bloomingdale Distribution Center. In this role, you'll leverage data, analytics, and business insights to drive operational excellence across our distribution network. Working closely with supply chain leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll find opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and develop data-driven solutions that improve performance and customer experience.

Schedule: This position is onsite and works a mid-shift schedule of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with flexibility to adjust hours based on business needs.
What You'll Do:
Partner with operations leadership to analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop, maintain, and enhance operational reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
Transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that support business decisions.
Produce and present weekly performance metrics for Supply Chain Leadership.
Create and execute ad hoc SQL queries to gather insights and support strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data collection processes and reporting accuracy.
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into operational performance.
Support training initiatives through documentation development, training delivery, and implementation efforts.
Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or a related analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities within large data sets.
Experience with data mining, reporting, and performance analysis.
Knowledge of supply chain operations, including warehouse management, inventory, and purchasing processes.
Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Access, and Excel.
Experience creating and maintaining dashboards in Power BI.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

$3,600.00 - $5,866.30

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
